Returns & Refunds

ODDSTOCKS Limited wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy applies to orders placed through our online store and does not reduce any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.

Change of mind

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you normally have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to tell us that you wish to cancel. After telling us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned goods should be sent back in the condition in which they were received, with original packaging where reasonably possible. You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage unless we agree otherwise. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described, or we have supplied the wrong item, please contact us before returning it so we can arrange the appropriate remedy.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Where the statutory cancellation right applies, we will refund the price paid and any standard outbound delivery charge required by law. We may wait until the goods are returned, or until you provide evidence that they have been sent back, before issuing the refund.

Exceptions

Some goods may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where the law permits, including certain sealed hygiene products once unsealed, personalised goods, and other exempt items. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
