Shipping & Delivery
ODDSTOCKS Limited dispatches orders from the United Kingdom. Available delivery services, delivery charges and any product-specific shipping rates are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders promptly, normally within 1–2 working days unless a product page or checkout states otherwise. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Delivery times
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates rather than guarantees. Courier delays, severe weather, peak periods and other events outside our reasonable control can occasionally affect delivery.
Bulky or unusual items
Some products require a specialist or higher-cost delivery service because of their size, weight or shape. Where this applies, the relevant charge will be shown at checkout.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible at hello@oddstocks.co.uk. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.
Problems with delivery
If an order arrives damaged, appears to be missing items, or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
